I read Cheryl Strayed's Wild in three days. There were dozens of passages that felt expressly written for me. This book felt like a dear friend, and ever since I finished, I feel like a piece of me is missing.
Dani, I just found your blog through FB. I love it! I love seeing pics of SF and reminiscing on all the fun I've had there. :) And I particularly just love your openness and honesty...I've been reading blogs for years and years and yours is a great example of what I appreciate about them (and what's missing from so many now, in my opinion). thanks for your words! oh, i am getting carried away - i wanted to ask if you've read one of cheryl's other books, Tiny Beautiful Things? It is stupendous. She is some kinda woman.

Jackie, thank you so much for your words! It's so nice to know people are actually reading! I'm excited to poke around your blog as well :)
DeleteI have not read Cheryl's other book, but I will be sure to grab it as I have been following her since her Dear Sugar days...
